Chris Krueger demonstrates the 3-Cone Drill. It's a great test of athleticism. You'll need quickness and agility as you explode, change directions, and accelerate to your top speed.Under 8 seconds is okay, under 7 and you are flying. Every years pro football scouts use the 3-Cone Drill to evaluate college football players and determine their draft status.
